Why We Exist

We Started With a Belief That Small Businesses Deserve the Same Caliber of Strategy as the Largest Brands.

For over two decades, we built strategies, campaigns, and marketing systems for some of the most recognized organizations in the country, including government agencies, national healthcare systems, entertainment brands, and professional sports teams.

What we kept seeing was the gap. Owner-led businesses with real products, loyal customers, and genuine potential, operating without the strategic foundation that the larger organizations took for granted. Not because the owners lacked ambition. Because the agencies they could afford were selling tactics, not strategy.

Jorge has spent more than 22 years building brands, leading marketing programs, and developing growth strategies for organizations across government, healthcare, entertainment, and business, at every scale from federal agencies to regional owner-led companies.

He founded Hooah LLC in 2003 and built it into a firm recognized multiple times on the Inc. Magazine Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 lists as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.

His client work includes the U.S. Navy, the National Guard, HCA Healthcare, Orlando Health, the Orlando Magic, Visit Florida, OUC, AdventHealth, UCF, and dozens of regional businesses across Florida and nationwide.

In 2020, Jorge refocused the business on owner-led companies, bringing the same caliber of strategic and creative leadership that earned Inc. recognition to the businesses that need it most.
